Handmade Products and Natural Variations
Many P31 Designs products are handmade in small batches or individually crafted. This includes items such as journals, bookmarks, and other handcrafted goods. Because these products are made by hand, slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, placement, stitching, binding, finishing, and other details may occur from one item to another. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, computer or mobile display settings, and natural variations in materials. P31 Designs cannot guarantee an exact color match between a product photograph and the item received.
Handmade journals may vary slightly because book cloth, paper, page cutting, binding, and finishing are completed by hand. Tassel bookmarks and other items offered as part of a collection may also vary slightly in tassel placement, fibers, beads, charms, pattern placement, or other decorative details while remaining consistent with the overall design and character of the collection.
By purchasing a handmade item, you acknowledge and accept these reasonable variations as part of the handcrafted product.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the P31 Designs Refund and Returns Policy. Eligible physical products may generally be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in that policy.
Digital products and downloadable resources are generally non-returnable once they have been accessed or downloaded. Normal variations associated with handmade products are not considered defects.
